Shipping policy
Order Processing All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer — we'll keep you in the loop via email if there's any significant delay.
Domestic Shipping (Australia) We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post and/or courier services. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express shipping: 1–3 business days (where available at checkout)
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, particularly for regional and remote areas.
International Shipping We currently do not ship internationally. If we do, international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 AUD.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey via the carrier's website.
Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged or doesn't show up within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@pinkpossum.com.au within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll do our best to sort it out for you.
