Refund policy

Returns Window We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. If 7 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging. All products are eligible for return.

Refunds & Exchanges Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, you can choose between:

  • A full refund to your original payment method, or
  • An exchange for another item

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of approval. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Pink Possum Studio cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit on their way back to us.

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing us at: hello@pinkpossum.com.au

Please include your order number and reason for return, and we'll guide you through the next steps.

Australian Consumer Law Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a remedy regardless of the above conditions.
