Every music box begins with a moment worth remembering.

I'm the maker behind Pink Possum Studio, a small handcrafted business based in Australia. Each music box that leaves my workshop is made by hand — from selecting the timber and inlays, to fitting the movement, to engraving the details that make it yours.

I started making music boxes because I believed gifts should feel like more than an object. They should carry a memory, a melody, a message. When someone opens one of my pieces and hears a tune that means something to them — that's the moment I make things for.

Handcrafted with care

Every Pink Possum music box is crafted individually. I work across a range of styles — engraved, panelled, inlay, jewellery boxes, night lights, and more — each one designed to be treasured, not just given.

I take care with every detail: the quality of the timber, the finish, the way a lid opens, the clarity of the tune. No two pieces are quite the same, and that's exactly the point.
